Wow interesting! Haven’t thought of Pinterest in forever! But, if we are gonna pin ourselves at the center of our social media existence…why not just use Pinterest and feel good about it. Gonna give it a try! 🙏
Agree. I am frustrated with Pinterest for sitting back and just watching so many opportunities they are *perfectly* positioned for just pass them by. They NEED to figure out how to monetize shopping better than just turning up the dial on product-on-white pins.
But even still, they're my favorite. It's the only platform where I feel (mostly) inspiration rather than dread.
pinterest sends me 5 emails a day all with subject lines like "wedding mood for you" or "wedding outfit for lauren" and i eat it up every time even though im not currently getting married. they just know what i want to see
im so aligned
I love Pinterest, it’s my friend!
Exactly. I love my Pinterest and my Pinterest loves me!

exactly… if we have to be online, at least we can try to unpin ourselves from the bad parts of the internet

yes too many adds too little opportunities to filter based on whether you’re looking to get inspired or looking to shop
